  I was sold a smart home product that was promised to have a significant rebate available for it. After making modifications to install, I found out that I don't qualify for the rebate. I would be irate, except that the store manager and customer service were phenomenal. They went over and above to make it right for me, with no hassles. I'll be back to this store again, and would recommend it to anyone.

  Manager and employees are all arrogant. They talk down to the customers in a condescending manner. Told me my phone has a hardware malfunction, when all my issues were caused by the latest software update. The employee and manager didn't take time to listen to what I was saying, even though there was another customer right next to me who had her phone crash do to a the software update, and there's also a national publication that is warning people not to update their phones. They make you wait after making an appointment, while they have employees roaming the store doing nothing except for BS'ING with each other instead of helping out customers. Basically without telling me what malfunctioned on my wife's phone, or even attempting to find out what malfunctioned all they could tell me was that my phone was out of warranty, and either I buy one, pay to get it fixed, or leave the store. All in all, mickey the manager should not be working with the public, let alone be a manager! Worst experience I have ever had. And if you don't believe me read the other reviews about this manager! Maybe it's time apple gets off of its high horse and realizes that their software updates are causing people's phones to malfunction and be inoperable!
