  The line was extremely long, and they had another chick behind the register just standing there.. I think she was a manager because she printed out the sales receipts and told everyone where they were with conversion. I was not greeted when I walked in the store, in fact, when I needed help on a sports bra I had to walk to the front & interrupt a conversation between 2 workers to get help. When I did receive help, an older lady with blonde hair did nothing for me. When I voiced my sadness and frustration of there never being enough 38Hs in the store, she shrugs her shoulders and says "that's out of my control, not my fault"... hmmm, I didn't say it was your fault! But at least let me vent! If I didn't need these sports bras, I would have went elsewhere. Unfortunately LB is the only place that fits my chest. But I REFUSE to give this Location my money. RUDE EMPLOYEES!

  I went to many stores looking for a strapless bra in my size and Lane Bryant had one that fit me very comfortably! I am standing up in one of my best friend's wedding as a bridesmaid and I waited last minute to get one. I walked in and was greeted by Melissa. She was helping another customer at the time and she said she would help me right after. I like looking through on my own first so that worked great. She asked me if I have been measured and I told her no I haven't (I feel like bras are not always equal, so I try a bunch of different sizes and the last time I was fitted at a department store, they told me 2 cup sizes higher than I really am so I don't easily trust lol). She was able to fit me right away (sizes that I thought I was) and suggested another type of bra. Melissa came back to check on me to made sure I was doing all right. I decided to get the one she suggested and since I needed to save money and I gor good service, I opened a lB credit card and saved $20! Melissa was extremely helpful and professional and asked about the wedding too. I have always had great service coming into LB but I thought I should acknowledge LB employee Melissa. Thank you for helping me with my last minute shopping! :)
