  I don't know what to say. Can't say anything good, except that the plants and flowers look nice. We went there, and the sign says they were open, but there wasn't a person in sight. We rang the bell like it suggested, and still, nobody. We waited and were going to make purchases, but couldn't get any service. So we left... Unfortunate for them, as they lost a customer.

  This guy is a joke. I went to his store asking what I should do about my situation with my pond. Asked me how much money I have spent with him. And told me it was 85 bucks an HR. All his prices are 3x if not more and is not willing to help. I asked to look at his fish.. was told it is not a zoo. Also his wife at the front counter had a nice black eye guessing was from him. Stay away.

  Don't read any other review, Bill & Nancy are great people and you will not meet anyone with more knowledge on Koi and NO ONE has a Koi collection like they do!
