  First few time i went here the staff didnt acknowledge me at all. if you want help or info you need to initiate. I just like going to visit the birds, and there was one employee that seemed to actually like talking to me about them. Serena the cockatoo was a delight and Sammi (also a cockatoo) loved holding my hand through his cage.

  Parrotzville is an amazing place. We take our Amazon there regularly to be trimmed and they are very good with her. The owner and employees are very accommodating and very friendly.
