  Quoted a price of $350 for bed bugs... then they came out and jacked price up to $695.00 for a very tiny 1 bedroom apt. When I called to complain after this they said people dont quote prices over phone. Obviously I wouldnt be writing this if that were true. If you employess break your rules and quote you should honor it ..*****BEWARE ***

  Very friendly but Had a few issues. blew our furnace they were willing to fix it if I had proof it was from them but had no proof it was due to their treatment other than it was working the same day before, when moving a bed they scratched paint off the wall And they are not very good with call backs after treatment to make sure everything is ok. But when the first treatment didn't work and I called and they kept up with trying to solve the problem even after the warranty was over. Long process but in the end it all worked out.
