  When I first signed up with Sprint I was promised waived access fees for coming over from Verizon, but was never told that it was only a promotion for the first year. My bill went up about $60 last week which was a surprise. The rep I signed up with at my previous location failed to mention that. I went back to that location to get an explanation as to why, and got nothing but "yeah sorry it was only a promotion" with 0 empathy. and I don't believe they even opened my account? Left there with no answers and a crappy experience. Decided to give this store a try based on all the positive reviews, and had an amazing experience. Anna was the rep who helped me and she wrote it all out and broke it down on the charges, and offered to do a bill rate analysis to help me understand exactly what I am paying for, I ended up saving about $40 a month after I left today. I work in customer service so it really stuck out to me when she took her time and showed some pride in her job instead of shrugging her shoulders and sending me off like the Sprint store I previously went too. This Sprint store is the only reason I'm not going back to Verizon. Everyone keep that in mind when they are having any issues! Thank you guys!!
