  In my experience staff at this Swarovski store were knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to find an item I was looking for. The brand Swarovski itself has been great to me in terms of customer service, and I highly remcommend their products.

  I love this place but was saddened to have my black cuff bracelet fall off my arm after only 2 wears. I was assured that it wouldn't fall off. I have retraced my steps to no avail. It is gone!
